The Client: Dock Health
Dock Health is a HIPAA compliant software tool for healthcare providers to manage all of their daily clinical and administrative tasks. Incubated at Boston Children’s Hospital, Dock Health spun out in 2019 and participated in the 2020 Mass Challenge Health Tech start-up accelerator as they were transitioning from hospital innovation project to market-ready healthcare IT solution.
The Challenge:
A fresh new company in early 2020, Dock Health needed to establish their brand and credibility among the healthcare and health tech community. They had a limited marketing presence, inclusive of a website and Twitter profile. It was time to ramp up their communication efforts to drive visibility and sales.
The Solution:
On the social media side, this included the creation of an Instagram account, Facebook account, LinkedIn page, and the revamp of the Twitter account and Dock Health website. Well Made Health owned the content calendar and designed the majority of the visual collateral for social media.
To position the brand and establish credibility, we pursued opportunities for conference presentations, Twitter chats, and podcast interviews which could be shared on social platforms.
The Results:
In 5 months, Well Made Health
Published 410 posts across Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook, leading to
202 shares on LinkedIn and Twitter, and
34,951 impressions on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
A 27,075% increase in post interactions, compared with the same 6 months the previous year
Secured 3 podcast interviews with Faces of Digital Health, Passionate Pioneers, and Untold Stories of Innovation.
Co-wrote 4 blog posts for the Dock.Health site.
