Collaborative Retainers include reserving a slice of Katie’s time (typically on an hours/ per month basis) for a minimum of 3 months. They usually start with problem statements and Katie jumps in to solve them with her Swiss army knife skillset alongside the rest of your team.

For example: You have built your company and have a steady stream of early customers, but don’t know where to invest your efforts for growth. Together we’d examine company assets, discuss and pursue funding pathways, examine the brand and your PR strategy and rocket forward to get to reach those essential metrics.
